Use of Member Information - Privacy Statement

At member service is very important to us. As we continue to improve and expand our services and delivery channels, we recognize our members' needs and desires to preserve their privacy and confidentiality.

Safeguarding our member's' privacy is also very important to us. We, at, have adopted standards that help to maintain and preserve the confidentiality of members' nonpublic personal information.

The following Statement affirms our continued efforts to safeguard customer information.

Information we collect

We gather nonpublic personal information about our members as may be necessary to conduct business with our members.

We collect nonpublic personal information about members from the following sources:

Information we receive from members on applications or other forms, over the telephone or in face-to-face meetings, and via the Internet. Examples of information we receive from you include your name, address, telephone number, et al.
Information about your transactions with us or others. Examples of information relating to your transactions include dues history, and fundraising activities. Information we receive from a Sigma Chi. Examples of information from Sigma Chi include name, address, phone number, age, graduation information, employment et al.
From individual chapters  and others to verify information you have given to us. Examples of information provided by individual chapters or others include name, address, phone number, age, graduation information, employment, dues payments, et al.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law and except as described in the next paragraph.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to the Sigma Chi International Fraternity or its associates.

Protecting membership  information

The sites, amd maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those Fraternal officals who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.

Effective date

This Privacy Statement is effective as of the Chartering of Tha Chattanooga Alumni Chapter and applies to products or services provided by that are used primarily for personal, family and household purposes. We reserve the right to amend (that is, add to, delete or change) the terms of this Privacy Statement from time to time.
